Design a tow dolly system for passenger vehicles with a load capacity of 1,400 kg, while allowing the same unit to accommodate vehicles with different track widths

The complete system was designed from scratch around an adjustable telescopic steel-tube structure. The wheel assemblies use 4.80-8 wheels, and the main load-bearing components were verified by structural calculations and FEA

The final design achieved a 1,400 kg load capacity and adjustable width without requiring separate dolly versions for different vehicles. The product was prepared for small-batch manufacturing and is produced by the client in batches of approximately 3–4 units per order

Design a compact welding booth with a 2400 × 1700 mm working area that could support a suspended welding machine and auxiliary pneumatic tools, while remaining adaptable to future workshop layout changes

A modular frame with rotating crossbars was developed to support suspended equipment and improve workplace flexibility. The beam mounting system was designed so the booth could be extended in length or width without replacing the main uprights, and additional booths could be connected from either side

The finished booth provided an organized welding workspace with integrated support for welding and pneumatic equipment. Its modular construction allows the booth dimensions to be expanded and multiple booths to share common uprights and partitions, reducing the amount of material required when creating larger welding areas
