Max Haievskyi is the Founder and CEO of Janamax Engineering, a Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in engineering, product design, manufacturing, and industrial technology.
He graduated in 2011 as an engineer specializing in materials processing and production automation. His professional background combines mechanical design, manufacturing, and engineering management, with experience across companies and engineering projects in different parts of the world.
Over the years, Max has received several awards in engineering competitions, including 3rd place in a national university competition organized by DELCAM, as well as winning and finalist positions in international engineering challenges organized by Ennomotive.
At Janamax, Max brings together his design, manufacturing, and management experience to develop practical engineering solutions.
LINKEDINWe are engineers and designers
We design products, machines and equipment. Let our results speak for themselves. Here are some of them.
Fiberglass Food Trailer
Design a 6 m version of an existing 8 m fiberglass trailer without producing a new expensive body mould or changing the established exterior design. The project also required a new chassis, complete kitchen interior, electrical and water systems, while keeping the finished trailer within a 3600 kg gross weight limit
Modular Transformer Substation
Design a modular steel enclosure for a package transformer substation with separate 10 kV, transformer and 0.4 kV compartments. The enclosure had to remain sealed while allowing individual sections to be rearranged, extended, transported separately and assembled on site
SECTIONAL SERVING DISH
Create a practical wooden serving board suitable for restaurants, bars, catering, and home use
Restroom Trailer
Design a fully custom 6.5 m premium restroom trailer from scratch based on the client’s references and technical requirements. The trailer had to include separate male and female sections, premium interior finishes and utilities, while keeping the total weight below 3500 kg and maintaining correct structural balance
1600 A Main Low-Voltage Distribution Board
Design the metal enclosure for a 1600 A main low-voltage distribution board intended for operation in heavy industrial conditions with a high concentration of coal dust
Tube Trimming Fixture
Improve trimming accuracy and loading speed for bent tubes used in mass production of office chairs.
Costa Coffee Shop Trailer
Design a 6 m two-zone commercial trailer with a maximum permitted gross weight of 3200 kg, combining a lightweight but rigid body frame with insulated thermal panels. The project also required the complete interior to be engineered from scratch, including cabinets, worktables, storage units, shelving, electrical systems, and onboard water and drainage
Vacuum Cleaner Robot
Design a robotic vacuum cleaner prototype within a maximum size of Ø255 × 55 mm. The limited height made it impossible to use a conventional LiDAR module, requiring a different navigation and obstacle-detection solution
Dolly Kit
Design a tow dolly system for passenger vehicles with a load capacity of 1,400 kg, while allowing the same unit to accommodate vehicles with different track widths
Mobile Medical Pupillometer
Redesign an existing prototype of a compact telemedicine screening module for industrial production. The enclosure had to accommodate all electronics, provide IP54 protection, forced ventilation and service access, while remaining suitable for installation on turnstiles or a freestanding support at industrial access points
Fiberglass Food Trailer
Redesign the original 8 m fiberglass trailer to reduce its total weight from nearly 5000 kg to within the permitted 3600 kg, while preserving the exterior concept and full commercial kitchen functionality. The original frame was also slow to manufacture, requiring about 14 working days due to numerous flat welded parts, extensive positioning, measuring, and dedicated fixtures
Armrest Ellipse Cutting Jig
Design a jig for cutting an elliptical profile in a 1 mm wall chair armrest tube for production runs exceeding 10,000 parts, without modifying the existing machine and with minimal setup time
Engineering with manufacturing in mind
Manufacturing is not something we consider after the design is finished.
Materials, manufacturing processes, tooling, assembly, labor and production volumes influence engineering decisions from the beginning.
We also consider the economics behind those decisions. A technically sound design has little value if it is unnecessarily expensive to manufacture.
Our objective is to develop solutions that work technically, can be produced efficiently and make economic sense.
Industrial experience beyond the design office
Our understanding of manufacturing comes from direct industrial experience.
Members of our engineering team have worked at major manufacturing facilities in China and the European Union, and we maintain ongoing collaboration with manufacturers in the United States.
This experience gives us a practical understanding of production environments, manufacturing capabilities and the real-world constraints that influence engineering decisions.
