A custom machine-vision and sensor system was designed instead of LiDAR. The project included the complete mechanical design and internal layout, custom PCB and electronic components, sensor integration, and 3D-printed prototype parts

A working prototype was built and tested within the Ø255 × 55 mm size limit. Navigation tests confirmed that the vision and sensor system could detect obstacles in advance and route the robot around them. The prototype also validated the compact mechanical layout and custom electronics required to avoid standard components that would have increased the overall height to approximately 70 mm

Design a compact plastic enclosure for a portable medical device, integrating the electronics and battery while providing a sealed construction comparable to a smartphone enclosure

The enclosure was designed as a two-part housing with integrated PCB and battery mounting features, openings for connectors, and sealing interfaces between the housing parts

A 20-unit prototype batch was produced by 3D printing. A custom low-profile power-button solution was implemented within the device’s 8 mm total thickness, allowing the electronics and battery to be integrated without increasing the enclosure size
