Design a modular steel enclosure for a package transformer substation with separate 10 kV, transformer and 0.4 kV compartments. The enclosure had to remain sealed while allowing individual sections to be rearranged, extended, transported separately and assembled on site

Standardized laser-cut and bent sheet-metal parts were used to reduce welding and simplify assembly. The three sealed modules are bolted together and can be transported or replaced separately

The enclosure became a modular base for different 10 kV / transformer / 0.4 kV configurations. Sections can be added, rearranged or replaced individually

Design the metal enclosure for a 1600 A main low-voltage distribution board intended for operation in heavy industrial conditions with a high concentration of coal dust

The enclosure was designed as five independent cabinet modules. The main structural parts use 2 mm steel, while doors and roof panels use 1.5 mm steel. Posts, rear doors, roofs, side panels and hardware were standardized across the sections, with each module powder coated and assembled separately

The five-section switchboard can be separated into individual modules for transport and reassembled at the installation site. Standardized cabinet components reduced the number of unique parts and simplified production, replacement and servicing of individual sections

Redesign an existing prototype of a compact telemedicine screening module for industrial production. The enclosure had to accommodate all electronics, provide IP54 protection, forced ventilation and service access, while remaining suitable for installation on turnstiles or a freestanding support at industrial access points

The enclosure was redesigned as a two-part sheet-metal assembly using 1–1.5 mm steel, rivet nuts and screwed joints. A rear service cover and internal fan cooling were integrated. The support structure used 3 mm wall tubing and a 6 mm steel base plate, with calculations performed for wind loading and overturning stability

The final design achieved IP54 protection, maintained the required operating range of +10°C to +40°C, and provided service access without disassembling the main enclosure. The freestanding version was verified for wind load and overturning stability. The completed units were manufactured and deployed at industrial access checkpoints, including an oil refinery site

Design a standardized enclosure platform for industrial automation and control systems that could be adapted to non-standard installation spaces without developing a new cabinet from scratch for every project

A fully demountable bolted structure was created using standardized posts, partitions, roof panels, side walls, mounting elements and hardware. Individual parts are manufactured and powder coated separately, then assembled into the required cabinet size and door configuration

The design became a serial enclosure platform with standardized sizes ranging from 400 to 1200 mm in length and 400 to 1000 mm in width. The same core components are used across different cabinet sizes, allowing one- or two-door configurations and optional ventilation without redesigning the enclosure from scratch

Design a standardized metal enclosure family for 6–10 kV Medium-Voltage Switchgear Cubicles, suitable for serial production in several cabinet widths and configurations

A fully welded enclosure was designed from bent sheet-metal profiles, with maximum unification of the main structure and replaceable panels. Four standard widths were created: 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm

The design became a serial product platform. Two configurations were put into production, while the remaining variants are retained for future orders
